Comprehensive Progress Tracking & Feedback System

We will monitor agent development through a robust, multi-layered approach designed to capture both learning progress and practical application. Automated assessments after each module (including quizzes and scenario-based questions) provide immediate performance feedback, while completion analytics track progress against course milestones. Engagement metrics such as time-on-task and content replay rates offer valuable insights into which training elements resonate most.

To gather qualitative feedback and assess real-world application, we employ a strategic mix of post-module micro-surveys (measuring confidence in key skills), 30-day follow-ups (identifying most-used concepts), and structured manager interviews (evaluating on-the-job performance).

The instructional team can rapidly iterate content based on live data insights, with protocols in place to address identified gaps (such as expanding CRM training when needed). The next phase of implementation includes conducting manager interviews beginning May 15th and refining our dashboards based on initial user testing feedback, ensuring our monitoring systems remain as effective and user-friendly as the training program itself.
